Too often I see athletes focus on the wrong thing at the wrong time, which leads them to a lack of consistent results or simply steers them down the wrong path in the first place.
To be successful with nutrition, you need to know what is most important and in the order you need to focus on it. Your nutrition is a collective execution of strategies and behaviours that determines what you eat and how that affects you - so you need to know the hierarchy so you can level up your nutrition game.
