You might be basing your success on what number shows up on the scale. I see this among high level athletes and everyday active individuals. These are things that are not ideal as someone who is wanting to improve and reach your peak potential. 

Today we uncover the reasons why just using the scale is NOT good and explore different non-scale progress metrics that you can start using now to empower and better yourself!
