In this episode, I share 2 big reasons you should NOT cut your calories too quickly or cut your calories by too much. 

To achieve fat loss, you need to establish a consistent calorie deficit (this is true!). However, you do not need to be cutting calories like it’s going out of fashion. 

I see too many athletes and gym goers being to restrictive with calories or cutting calories too quickly, leading to a number of issues. I don’t want you making (or repeating) the same mistake!
