Did you know that fat burning is not actually the same as fat loss?

In this episode, I break down the very often overlooked truth around fat burn as a mechanism and fat loss as a result. The reality is most people see these are interchangeable concepts which then leads to nutrition decisions that are wrong or subpar.

Fat loss is one of the most common health and fitness goals out there. Yet it's one that so many people approach incorrectly. It is also the one with a lot of misconceptions and incorrect advice associated with it. 

This is why I like to say: fat loss is simple, but it ain’t easy!

One way that people get stuck in believing that fat burning = fat loss. This is not necessarily true. In fact, you can burn fat every day and still not lose weight.
