There are many nutrition myths floating around in the health and fitness space, and as a Dietitian it is my job to separate truth from myth and inform you of the reality when it comes to good, effective nutrition.
In this recent article they outlined the 10 common nutrition myths that need to be stopped and I decided to review it myself to make sure they themselves hit the nail on the head.
Let’s look at these nutrition myths and determine if they are in fact myths to avoid!
