In this episode, I open up about the dangers of trusting supplements and the trouble athletes can get themselves into if they are not auditing their supplement strategy and source - sharing the key ways you can avoid getting done for doping.  

The truth is that supplements will always be a part of the athlete lifestyle. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t put in the right process to avoid issues and stay clean in your sport. Supplements can be a helpful tool to use but needs to be done correctly and with due diligence - especially if you are in the elite levels where you are competing. 

Supplement doping risk is an ever present cloud that hovers around the athlete space and every year athletes get caught doping - both intentionally and inadvertently doing so. 

I want to help you avoid this so you can compete without risking your career and success - not to mention the health implications of taking substances that are banned or unsafe.
