As you know, I am all about flexible nutrition and that doesn’t stop when Christmas arrives. You need to make sure you are allowed to enjoy time with family and enjoy all the fun foods. However, I also understand it’s not ideal to just throw everything out of the window and that you want to have some control over it all. 

That is why I recorded this episode - to help you understand the mentality you should have and equip yourself with some effective nutrition strategies to help you stay on track while being flexible with your nutrition. 

After all, I want you to have a plan that is lifestyle compatible and sustainable. Not stressful, restrictive, and causes you to feel guilty when Christmas ends.
