What foods and diets are overrated and underrated in the nutrition world?

A few weeks ago I dropped an episode sharing 5 things in nutrition and rated them as overrated or underrated.

In this episode, I explore another 5 things in the nutrition world and tell you if I believe they are overrated or underrated - using my experiences as a Sports Dietitian and Nutrition Coach helping athletes level up their nutrition and health. 

There are so many diets, diet foods, drinks, strategies, beliefs, and misinformation in the health and fitness space. It is no wonder so many get confused or wonder which way is the right way. 

The truth is that there is no universal “correct” way of doing things or going about your nutrition but hopefully I can share my expertise and perspective to help you determine if something is worth your attention.

- Flexible Dieting
