Truth is that you should not base your diet on someone else's but reviewing the diet of athletes such as Lebron James does offer us an insight into what fuels them for success.
This is especially important as sports nutrition is a different beast so I want to offer you the perspective from a Sports Dietitian as well as debunk any pseudoscience too (as even athletes fall victim to nutrition B.S.)
