Dirty bulking…what is it good for? Absolutely nothing (for 97.7564% of people)

When people try to build muscle, most want it now and want it quickly. Impatience…the gyms are rife with it.

Due to the general idea and perception that to build quality muscle mass you need to eat a lot to get better and faster gains, more and more athletes and gym goers are jumping on the bandwagon of the “dirty bulking phase”.

In other words, eat anything and everything in larger than life quantities in the bid to maximise the muscle growth potential and put on as much mass as quickly as possible.

This is a silly way to go about it for the vast majority of muscle seekers! I am here to explain why. 

In this episode, I explain why you should avoid dirty bulking if you truly care about your body composition goals and want to actual make things easier on yourself.
