#248: Nutrition In Rehab Time - The Importance of Maintaining Strategic Thinking
As an athlete (or gym goer), rehab is either something you have done or you will inevitably encounter in some form or fashion or degree in your life.
Injuries happen - big and small, short and long, insignificant and lifechanging. No matter the situation, if you get a setback then you will have to rehab in some way.
I have personally worked with several clients who are going through injury or coming back from one, and I help them navigate the nutrition equation so that we set them up for the best return and success.
So is nutrition truly important during rehab?
What are the implications of just coasting through it and not adjusting your program?
