#250: The 2 Triangles Framework - Understanding How Nutrition Strategy Prioritisation Works!
Understanding nutrition strategy is not just about knowing what to do to achieve xyz.
It also requires you to have a grasp on how goal prioritisation and nutrition strategy are interlinked. Understanding how focusing on 1 means that you can not optimise fully for all.
People's goals usually fall into 3 categories when it comes to leveraging nutrition. One of these has 3 clear distinct focuses too.
When you focus on one goal, others will not feel the touch of optimisation to the same degree. This is facts and this is normal.
So what does this all mean? How does all this matter for you?
