“Is this snack ok to eat?” - Many a client over the years.

The truth is that this does not have a blanket yes or no answer to it and is is highly variable due to the nuances and contextual considerations.

Really is a “it depends” situation. 

However, there is a way for you to think about this more simply and it will hopefully help you think more strategically about your snacks. 

Let’s use the ol fill the cup analogy, shall we?
