Every new year brings in a wave of aspirations in the form of new years resolutions. From nutrition and fitness to work, and everything in between.
However, did you know that there is a good way and a bad way of going about it?
Did you know that the simple new year resolution is not actually all it’s cracked up to be?
In this episode, I explain why I am not the biggest fan of the basic new years resolution most people seem to lean their hats (and hope) on each year, hoping to achieve something different.
