You are either familiar with it as someone who has felt it or seen others do it. Regardless, the fact of the matter is that striving for perfectionist behaviour in the nutrition space can be a double edged sword.

Too many dieters think that you need to be perfect to be successful and that the only way to reach a fat loss or muscle building or performance goal…is to be perfect with their eating.

Not so true and time for some hard truths. 

In this episode, I explain why the pursuit of perfectionism is unnecessary and could actually be one of the reasons you are being held back and not achieving the progress you want.
