These may sound familiar and it would make sense, if you have been consuming nutrition and fitness information and content online.
There are alot of nutrition space social media posts that either disguise “helpful advice” as a subtle brag. Or simply do not have enough context and nuance to be objectively important.
That is why it is important not to let the comparison kick in and more importantly to understand some simple truths about this.
In this episode, I share a simple, blunt truth about this type of content and how you should be looking at it and ensuring it doesn’t impact you negatively.
