We also know that you can make any food fit and still lose weight if the calories are correctly controlled.

But should you? Just because you can do?

That is the question not many ask and one that provides an additional layer of context to a commonly overly simplified area of nutrition. 

In this episode, I explain the nuance of flexible dieting and making any foods fit, with a consideration for the bigger nutrition picture.
